do not have to be a member of PhenomenalWomen.com to submit articles, but
you must at least be a member of the Genealogy

As a member of the Genealogy Webring
AND/OR you are an accepted member of
PhenomenalWomen.com, you are afforded
the opportunity to submit an article or as many articles as you like to the Community in the area of
Genealogy. The article will reside in the Community of PhenomenalWomen.com and will be available to anyone visiting the network to read. Also, since the article will contain useful information for that subject, PhenomenalWomen.com has added citing information to each article, adding credibility to the article for use in research, term papers, reference, etcetera. It is also a very good way to bring people to your site.
