I am a multi-published author. That is the identity I have worked very hard to make happen. My name is Charlotte Boyett-Compo. That is the name I use on the dark fantasy, dark romance, horror, and paranormal novels I write. I use my real name so those naysayers with whom I shared desk space in school will know that I finally made my dream come true. My friends call me Charlee; the naysayers still call me Charlotte. My website is dedicated to the novels I have written over the years: some published; some awaiting publications; some only a dream. All are a part of me. They make up what I am and how I see myself. These novels make me more than just Carl and Vivian's daughter, Tom's wife, Pete and Mike's mom, Preston and Victoria's grandmother, or Bitsy's human. There are excerpts and reviews, a bio, and a god-awful photo of yours truly on my website. There are links on my page to other writing sites on which I have articles and interviews and poems: each vastly different from the one before it. I will strive to do the best writing of which I am capable and I hope you'll give my work a try: they are true labors of love.
