My web site was started during my recovery from my second Total Hip Replacement surgery.

The site grew from being "just my story" to a worldwide international SUPPORT GROUP for people in need of or having already undergone Total Hip Replacement surgery.

One page on the site includes Support Group Membership Index, listing members names, photo, location, age, sex, number of surgeries, reason for the Hip surgery, their profession and marital status. Our membership ranges in age from 16 to 84.

Other pages consist of information of interest to HIPPIES, such as helpful hints, what to report to your doctor, exercises after surgery, sex after surgery, what's so funny about being hip?, as well as several others.
