Hi, my name is Jen... and I proudly consider myself to be a phenomenal
woman first and foremost because I believe all women to be phenomenal.
I am a woman, therefore I am phenomenal!

I have had a variety of experiences in my life, some tragic, some
desperately sad, and many that have been joyous. I have experienced
domestic violence (a situation which I removed myself from), the
sadness of infertility -- although I realized my dream of being a mom
by raising three children that I was not privileged to give birth to.
They are the children of my heart. I have suffered through and grown
from the experience of divorce... and re-marriage.

I've made it a pledge to uphold and support all women, regardless of
circumstances and have attempted to raise my lovely daughter with the
knowledge of her inherent dignity and worth. I believe I have
succeeded at that.

I am a writer who is still summoning the courage to submit her work for
mass consumption, but who finds success in the mere expression of
innermost thoughts and feelings.

I am simply a woman... phenomenally.
