I am the mother of two wonderfully, beautiful children. My
daughter is 10, and my son is 7. I have a full time job, which I have
held for 20 years. I am Administrative Assistant at a utility company
in Texas which has seen mergers and now a separation of the company.
Interesting times to say the least. My daughter is your typical 10
year old girl. She is into music, clothes, jewelry, and loves to dance
and sing. My son is our special boy, he has mild cerebral palsy. I am
so blessed with the fact that he can walk, talk, ride a bike, run and
play. He's just a little slower than most. Sometimes it is good to be
a pushy parent. Without that, I honestly don't believe he would be
where he is today. I believe that my children are my greatest work, a
work in progress I might add. They have been the lights in my soul.
Of all of my accomplishments in my life, they are my greatest.
