"It's Easier Not To"
I love you so much,
but facing my wall
is easier than facing you -
it solidifies my existence.
I'm brave enough to be crazy,
but not brave enough
to look you in the eye -
sanity gets the mind involved
in the heart's business.
Now we've come so far, so fast.
I don't need you.
I don't think I need you.
'Cause it's easier not to,
so much easier not to.
Do you remember the time
when we needed something to cling to,
so we found each other?
Do you remember the time
when we had to believe in something,
so we chose our love?
Now I'm learning to live without you,
but it's so hard, so very hard.
I still miss you sometimes,
even if you don't love me anymore.
