   All work and articles written by the participating members of Phenomenal Women Of The Web, were submitted to TPWOTW - The Showcase freely and without promise of compensation - past, present or future. 
   It is also understood, that the text submitted was written by the site owner.   If graphics and/or text written by another person are used and submitted to me for inclusion in a story, it is the responsibility of the participating PWOTW to secure all permissions for use of the material.
   It is my understanding that when text and graphics are sent to me, all is in order.  If it is requested that the owner of text or a graphic wants to be credited and linked back to in the article, again, it is the responsibility of the PWOTW to notify me of this fact when submitting her story for publication within TPWOTW - The Showcase.   Both The Phenomenal Women Of The Web and or Spyder's Empire will not be held responsible for copyright infringement. 
   All women participating in submitting articles and stories to TPWOTW - The Showcase have been advised of this, and accept this responsibility when they submit an article consisting of text and/or graphics for inclusion.

Seals and Graphics of Phenomenal Women Of The Web^®:

   The official seal given to members accepted into Phenomenal Women Of The Web, is for use on their sites only.  It may not be downloaded and placed on any site that has not been accepted and recognized by TPWOTW.

   Other seals throughout Phenomenal Women Of The Web may be downloaded and placed on your sites, provided they are linked back properly to their corresponding site within TPWOTW.   Examples: GoodWill Seals, TPWOTW - Against Domestic Violence Seal, TPWOTW - Artistic Expression Seal etc.
   At all times, the seals MUST be downloaded into your own computer, then subsequently uploaded to your OWN server for the image. Do not link directly to phenomenalwomen.com or spydersempire.com for the graphic image.

   The graphics, such as backgrounds, icons, bullets etc., are the sole property of The Phenomenal Women Of The Web.  They may not be downloaded or used on any other site, or reproduced in any medium.
